Tracking Construction: Recognizing Work Completed

If AVI[10] and AVI[23] indicate a construction period shorter than MV[5] indicates, then the early columns of QTR will be dropped off, and the remaining columns will be converted to a distribution with a number of periods to match the time between AVI[10] and AVI[23]. The general shape of the remaining curves is preserved, and deviations from expected completion of work are spread evenly over the remaining periods. Costs to date are entered as column 6 of CM and imposed by ProCash© as the first ("to date") column of the appropriate output reports.
