Any of the inputs for distributing value can be used to give value to the developer or project manager. See topics on "Participant Roles and Criteria" and sections within the broad topic "Ownership and Distribution of Value". If specific fees are paid for management services, it may be desired to keep track of these by assigning them to the developer or management entity. The three inputs below provide for this. The input FINFEES can also be used for management fees.
