Acquisition and/or Development Costs
It is best to describe costs as a function of the program described above whenever possible. This will make it easy to revise the model for faster or slower pace or higher or lower price. Some costs cannot easily be specified as a function of program (or another parameter), and periodic schedules are provided to allow the user complete freedom in specifying these costs (COSTS and GANDA).
Costs should be expressed in current dollars (not inflated for future years) and should be expressed in dollars of the same year for which prices are expressed.
