This QKW Business Plan is approximately 1000 html pages spread over approximately 50 folders which describe our possibilities. This particular folder is the Work Program for moving forward. The immediate goal is to get in a position where Carl can be a circuit rider seeking converts to our way and generating revenue from clients and possibly from investment partners. This Work Program is designed to give us an initial product which will generate revenue while providing sound footing for continuing development of our vision.

Key Principles:

1. A core principle is that the calculating engine will be kept seperate from the user interface. It is anticipated that there will be many user interfaces using the calculating engine. Our user interface will be open and expressed as parameters so that it can feed other user interfaces including future ones we will build.
2. I am less concerned about security than I used to be because there will only be one product and it will evolve so fast that people with money will want the latest version.
3. The first version will be Landev, just as I said a few months ago it would be.
4. My more complicated product called "ProCash" I'm going to say is obsolete in its current form.
5. Landev will be extended to do all that ProCash does and will then have an excellent design (ProCash, you would say, is a nightmare).
6. The most wonderful aspect of the expanded Landev will use your facility that will allow lots of line items to be expanded and compressed at will.
